My name is Amber hardy, former pageant queen and now a fitness professional.
I have a strong passion for health and fitness and lots of experience in pageants and have competed internationally.
I am a qualified personal trainer and wanted to combine both my passions to help pageant girls to prep for the competition stage and to feel strong and confident in their own bodies. This is where AR fitness was born, the top pageant PT in the UK, supporting finalists and queens from a range of systems.
I want to help contestants feel unstoppable, look phenomenal but above all else be healthy and happy.
